As a traveler from the bustling city streets of my hometown, I always appreciate the opportunity to escape to the serene countryside for some peace and relaxation. I particularly enjoy exploring the great outdoors, going on hikes, and immersing myself in nature's beauty. the location was ideal, with easy access to multiple hiking trails that led me straight onto the moors. the cozy pub and the charming village of Widecombe were just a short 5-minute walk away. Vicki and Miles, the hosts, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. the cottage itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, providing me with the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. I left feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and content, and I cannot recommend this charming cottage highly enough. It truly exceeded all of my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.
